SAB carried out tests in the presence of the Socotec laboratory to test the resistance of some of its products from the ranges: EQUINOX, SAHEL, EQUATEUR and EVERGLADE.
The products have been tested for resistance to cyclonic winds of 260 km/h
The QUALICOAT label
Powder coating includes surface preparation, application of lacquer (generally polyester powder) and baking.
The lacquers used are subject to prior approval from QUALICOAT which verifies their good holding characteristics over time. The average thickness of the lacquer layer is at least 60 microns.

- The quality of the rinses
- The thickness of the lacquer layer
- The adhesion of the lacquer
- Good polymerization of the lacquer
- The mechanical resistance of the lacquer

- The quality of corrosion resistance
- Resistance (tint and shine) to UV and external exposure
The QUALANOD label
Anodizing is the specific surface treatment of aluminum which consists of creating a very resistant uniform layer of aluminum oxide by electrolysis.
This layer can be colorless or colored.
